The application process for most Canadian Nursing graduates begins when your nursing school informs the College that you are about to complete your program.

After that, the College will send you an email to advise you to create an account through the online portal.

When you create your account in the online portal, make sure that your personal information is correct and that it matches the name on the supporting documents you submit to the College. If your name has changed, you should submit a written request for the name change to the College.

Your requests must include

  • Your former name
  • A copy of a legal name change document, such as a marriage certificate, divorce decree, or change of name certificate
  • Your new name is spelled exactly as it appears on your legal name change document
  • Your signature
  • Your mailing address and phone number

Once you have created an account, you can begin your application by logging in and clicking on “Create a new application.”
